
Located in Bogotá’s growing culinary district, WAF Restaurante needed a stronger identity to reflect its unique offering: Colombian cuisine infused with fusion flavors, centered on fresh ingredients and the chef’s creativity. The previous brand lacked presence in a competitive landscape, making rebranding essential to highlight WAF’s vision. The new design drew inspiration from the love of ingredients and the richness of Colombian food culture, featuring graphic elements full of illustrated produce reminiscent of a lively market scene.
To preserve brand continuity, the original yellow and purple palette was retained but refined into a more balanced and contemporary combination. A custom lettering-based logo gave the restaurant a modern, minimalist look, ensuring clarity and flexibility across platforms. The new identity extended into menus, branded delivery bags, aprons, coasters, the website, and in-store decorative pieces. On social media, the concept was reinforced through minimalist food photography and images of fresh market produce. The rebranding elevated WAF’s positioning, making its visual presence as memorable and authentic as its culinary experience.
